Did the prices go up?
Like all major transportation companies our prices increase as the day of the trip approaches. The longer you wait the more the ticket will cost. We do this to ensure maximum availability at an affordable price, but we send email reminders so you know to buy early next time!
Do your trips ever sell out? When is the latest date I can purchase my ticket?
The majority of our trips sell out before the departure date but it is impossible for us to predict exactly when we will sell out. If you are unsure of your travel plans we suggest that you go ahead and purchase your ticket. If your plans change you can request a refund up to seven days before the departure date. You will be charged a $20 processing fee for the refund… but that’s much better than being stranded and paying $450 for a last minute plane ticket.
Help! I cannot find the confirmation email with my e-ticket.
No problem at all. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a link to access your e-ticket.
Can I buy a ticket if I am not an college student or faculty member?
Of course! Everybody is welcome to ride the bus. We’ve had a number of prospective students, visiting friends, and community members ride with us in the past.
